Assistant Professor Anna-Marie Tabor, JD 

A graduate of Harvard Faculty and Harvard Legislation School, Assistant Professor AnnaMarie Tabor, JD has spent the earlier yr at UMass Legislation as a checking out professor of legislation, educating Contracts and Lending & Racial Discrimination. As a practicing lawyer, Professor Tabor worked to stop unfair and discriminatory practices in economical products and services, assuming management roles in the two the government and nonprofit sectors. 

She joined the Consumer Monetary Defense Bureau soon after its inception and, as a Deputy Fair Lending Director, helped produce a regulatory supervision program to avert illegal discrimination in lending. From 2018-2023 she served as the director of the Pension Motion Heart, a free lawful services program at UMass Boston that secures retirement added benefits for employees and their families.
