U.Va. appoints alumna as new regulation faculty dean

A professor and previous vice dean has been named the next dean of the University of Virginia University of Law, the college announced Monday. Leslie Kendrick, also a U.Va. Legislation alumna, will thrive Risa Goluboff in July 2024, becoming the next woman to serve as the legislation school’s dean.
Kendrick graduated from the regulation college in 2006 and grew to become a member of its faculty in 2008, and is now the White Burkett Miller Professor of Law and Community Affairs, the Elizabeth D. and Richard A. Merrill Professor of Legislation and director of the school’s Centre for the Initially Modification.
